The positions currently vacant are
Chief Executive officer - (CEO 01)
The candidate should be an Engineering Professional preferably from the PV or Semiconductor Industry with 15 to 20 years of rich experience in the capacity of profit centre head in a sizeable organisation .The position will report to the CMD. Should lead the company from the front to achieve global standards in quality, cost and delivery, aggressively expand the customer base and take full responsibility of P&L A/c . Responsible for the total value chain of the business should be able to operates the business in a manner that creates a high degree of customer satisfaction, a favourable community image and high employee morale and maintains relationships between joint venture partners .Above all he would be driving from the front overall growth, business development, forging alliances/ JV's with International-National companies Strategic planning & formulation of short & long term business plans.
Chief Finance officer - (CFO 02)
The candidate would be heading the finance and accounts functions and provide direction & recommend strategies to ensure financial health & growth of the company. Responsible for entire funding strategy & implementation with a view to maximizing the financial valuation of the group the key responsibilities will include ensuring availability of funds in time for Capex & Opex, if necessary by raising funds through Banks & Financial Institutions, periodic review of financial activity to identify trends, unusual activity and recommend actions to the Management apart from submission of Statutory returns and maintaining Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss Account. Should be a CA with 12-15 years of experience in a similar capacity with excellent negotiation and people management skill. Should have experience in corporate and project finance ready to take on higher responsibilities and challenges. Exposure to Semiconductor/Photo Voltaic industry will be preferred.
General Manager / Deputy General Manager - Solar Cell Process/Production (CP 03)
The candidate should hold a Degree in Engineering (Electronics) or Master Degree in Solid State Physics, or Material Science with 7 to 10 years experience in solar cell or semiconductor process technology; should have thorough knowledge on chemical process such as etching and plating, Diffusion, Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD)/ PECVD, metallization, lithography, laser and other advanced processes related to solar cell technology. The role is primarily responsible for designing of experiments (DOE), implementing and improvements processes in production of solar cells yield & efficiency.
General Manager/ Deputy General Manager - Solar Cell Maintenance (CM 04)
The incumbent should be BE/B.Tech (Electronics/Electrical) from a recognized University with 7- 10 years experience in solar cell or semiconductor process industry; should have problem solving ability and knowledge of high speed automation systems with experience in planned and preventive maintenance schedule to optimize down time and spare parts management Should also have exposure to quality tools like TQM, Six Sigma. The incumbent should be experienced preferably in maintenance of critical machines (like Stringer) for the PV process.
General Manager / Manager / Engineer - Project (PT 05)
Degree/Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering with 8-10 / 5-7 / 2-4 years experience; should have a project execution experience in the field of PV Cell and/or Module lines, with demonstrated ability of leadership and a track record of timely execution of projects. Familiarity with PV and/or Thermal Solar manufacturing processes will be preferred.
General Manager/Manager - Production (PN 06)
The candidate should Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 8-10/5-7 / 2-4 years experience having hands on experience in Manufacturing of electronic assemblies with working experience in SMT and PTH manufacturing & Work flow/Optimum utilization of man, machine & power. Experience in manufacturing of charge controller, inverters will be preferred.
General Manager/Manager/Engineer - Installation (IN 07)
The candidate should Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 8-10/5-7 / 2-4 years experience having experience in Turnkey execution and Installation of Solar Photovoltaic Power Plants both stand alone and GRID connected .Knowledge of PV System Design and Sizing, Power Evacuation apart from in-depth understanding of the complete Solar Electronics BOS is a must.
General Manager / Manager / Engineer - Quality (QA 08)
The candidate should Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with 8-10/5-7 / 2-4 years experience; should be able to implement quality management system to ensure quality assurance and quality control of various inputs and outputs as per contract specifications/relevant standards. Experience in Solar PV/Thermal/Module/PCB Assembly will be preferred.
General Manager/Manager/Engineer - Process (PS 09)
The candidate should Degree/Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical /Mechatronics Engineering with 8-10/5-7 / 2-4 years experience; with thorough knowledge in the Manufacturing Process of PV, Thermal, Solar modules and adept at absorbing new technologies and systems to facilitate improvements in Design. Exposure to Mono crystalline and Thin Film Processes are desirable. Experience in handling Robotic equipments like Flex picker would be an advantage.
General Manger/ Manager/Engineer-Marketing/Sales/Service (MS 10)
The candidate should Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with Post Graduation In Marketing preferred with 8-10/5-7 / 2-4 years experience preferably in selling and servicing of Solar BOS INCLUDING charge controller/inverters with ability to handle customers independently. Experience in rolling out distribution network /Channel Sales/Service Support is must.
General Manager/ Manager /Executive- Supply Chain Management (SP 11)
The candidate should preferably be a Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with specialization in Supply Chain Management with 5-6/4-6/1-2 years experience in sourcing of equipments and materials innovatively with various technical and commercial alterations. Strong in MIS (Management Information System), Project monitoring and cost analysis, stores, logistics and excise, taxation and Duties. Should be familiar with SEZ, DTA and ITC rules and regulations. Exposure to Semiconductor/Photo Voltaic industry will be preferred.
Manager /Executive– Chemist (CT 12)
The candidate should have BE/B.Sc (Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry) from a recognized University with 3-5 years experience . who is suppose to work closely with the customer & use state of the art lab equipments for analysis of chemicals & problems associated with it. Experience in laboratory processes. Understanding of chemistry, especially plating & surface preparation chemistries, properties and applications, viscosity, rheology, surface properties. Ready to travelling across India & abroad for supporting the customer, able to handle hazardous & corrosive chemicals and problems associated with it properties. Understanding/working knowledge of safe laboratory practices. Excellent communication skills. Fluent with MS Word, Excel. Familiar with SEZ and DTA rules and regulations.
