The positions currently vacant are

Assistant Engineer/Sr.Engineer – Projects (Number of positions :20) (Location : Gurgaon and Project areas)

Overall Purpose :
To establish Solar Farm Operations.
To drive development through providing our unique distributed Solar power service to communities, governments, and commercial customers throughout India.
Key Result Areas – Functional :
Responsible for System Installation
Designing and/ or Installation of Mechanical and Electrical systems, power, lighting, earthing, and surge and lightening protection systems.
Knowledge required for the job :
Knowledge about site specific studies including power system study, construction power study, Transmission Line etc.
Preparing specifications, design calculations, control schemes and logics, layout and detailing.
Skills required for the job :
Experience in installation of Solar Photovoltaic or similar systems.
Personal Profile :
Qualification : B. E or B. Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics engineering.
No. of years in Previous Industry : 2 – 6 years inSolar Power or similar Industry.

PROJECT ENGINEERS (PE-01)

To work at project site for setting up a complete new production process line.
Work includes Handling including start Ups, installations, Site Support and Troubleshooting.
Working in the shifts.
Achieve the set commissioning targets for the plant.
Readiness to relocate at the project site is a must.

PROJECT MANAGERS (PM-01)

Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
Collaboration with senior management and all other stake holder of the project.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members .
Liaise with project management on an ongoing basis.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes
Appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Plan and schedule project timelines using appropriate tools.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Mechanical Engineer (Sales & Marketing) - (ME 01)

Candidate should be B.E (Mechanical) and MBA (Marketing), with 2-3 years experience in sales & Marketing in field of electronics, self motivated, good communication skill, problem solving attitude, ability to handle day to day problems, Formulate Marketing Strategy,. Should be able to drive the company’s goals and objectives,. Plan market penetration activities.

Electronics Engineer/Diploma Holder (Production & Testing) - (EE 01)

Candidate should be an Engineering or Diploma Holder in Electronics with 4/5 years experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry in production & testing of PCB assemblies. Knowledge in understanding circuit diagram & components & use of testing instruments / trouble shooting of circuits . Place of posting will be NSEZ ,Noida.

Mechanical Engineer (Services) - (ME 02)

Candidate should be B.E (Mechanical) knowledge about PCB manufacturing, rework machines, functional requirements, Operate a complete PCB layout services including footprint creation, component, track routing.with 2-3 years of experience in PCB industry.

Front Desk Officer - (FDO 01)

Candidate should be presentable, graduate with good communication skill. Attending to all Customers / Visitors, Travel Booking and Hotel Bookings for Staffs & Guests, Stationary maintenance & Housekeeping, Lunch & Snacks arrangement for all visitors, Flowers & Plants arrangement for the office,-Coordination with Foreign exchange dealer,-Cheque distribution & record maintenance.
